Mintz advised Debticate, Inc., an industry-leading provider of loan syndication and sales workflow software for financial institutions, in its acquisition by Automated Financial Systems, LLC (AFS), a portfolio company of OceanSound Partners.
Debticate brings innovative front-end loan syndication technology to AFS’s platform, complementing AFS’s established expertise in loan servicing to create an end-to-end syndication solution for financial institutions. Through highly personalized software and analytics, Debticate helps financial institutions automate and navigate complex loan transactions.
