The partners of Elvinger Hoss Prussen are delighted to announce the promotion of Anne-Laure Mollard, Laetitia Servais, Céline Wilmet and Thomas Göricke.

Anne-Laure Mollard has been acting for major international financial institutions, international companies and fund managers in structuring and organising alternative investment funds (AIFs) with a strong focus on private equity, real estate, debt, and infrastructure funds. She also acts on all matters relating to the activities of such AIFs, including investment management and advisory issues, transactions and financing thereof.

Anne-Laure holds a maîtrise in European law from the Université Jean Moulin Lyon III (France) and a master's degree in applied Community law from the same university.

Anne-Laure Mollard became a member of the Luxembourg Bar in 2009 and joined Elvinger Hoss Prussen in 2016.

Laetitia Servais's practice concentrates on collective asset management, investment funds and management companies. She advises a number of investment fund promoters and other financial institutions in relation to the set-up and structuring of their Luxembourg investment fund and operations.

Laetitia joined Elvinger Hoss Prussen in 2007 and worked on secondment with two fund promoters, in 2014 and 2018.

She holds a licence en droit from the Université catholique de Louvain (Belgium) and became a member of the Luxembourg Bar in 2009.

Céline Wilmet's practice concentrates on collective asset management, investment funds, management companies and AIFMs. She advises a number of asset managers in relation to the set-up, structuring and administration of their Luxembourg alternative investment fund manager and management company operations.

Prior to joining the firm in 2011, Céline worked for a top-tier international law firm.

Céline holds a licence en droit from the Université de Liège (Belgium).

Thomas Göricke's practice focuses on collective asset management and investment funds. He advises clients on the set-up and structuring of their Luxembourg investment fund operations as well as on regulatory matters. He holds an LL.B from the University of Birmingham (UK) and an LL.M in French and European law from the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (France).

Thomas joined Elvinger Hoss Prussen in 2010. He was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar under his home title the same year and is member of the Law Society of England and Wales.
