47 apartments at the south county Dublin Elmfield development.
Dillon Eustace also advised SW3 Capital and Tristan Capital
Partners on the initial Elmfield portfolio acquisition with the
most recent deal increasing the size of Tristan and SW3's
holding at Elmfield to 185 apartments.
