Friends of Madgwicks Seminar Invitation
Madgwicks is excited to welcome Professor Stephen Barkoczy from the Faculty of Law at Monash University to speak at this month's Friends of Madgwicks seminar.
Professor Barkoczy will cover "Government incentives to encourage venture capital investment in Australia."
The presentation will outline:
- Some of the main initiatives that the Federal Government has introduced in recent years to encourage venture capital investment in Australian start-ups
- The new tax incentives for investors who invest in early stage innovation companies (ESICs)
- Various other venture capital programs will also be briefly considered for comparison.
This is sure to be an informative session. Those eligible can also receive 1 CPD point for Substantive Law.
