Hungarian law firm Lakatos, Köves and Partners (LKT) advises Mid Europa Partners on Hungarian law aspects of the IPO of WABERER'S INTERNATIONAL Nyrt (WABERER'S). White & Case's London and Prague office acted as international legal advisor.

Trading WABERER'S shares on the Budapest Stock Exchange started on 6 July 2017 in the Equities Prime category. With a market capitalisation of approx. HUF 90 billion, WABERER'S is the sixth largest company on the Budapest Stock Exchange. WABERER'S IPO is Hungary's biggest public listing in more than a decade.

LKT's team, comprising Péter Lakatos (managing partner), Pál Rahóty (counsel), Balázs Fazakas, Judit Zalán-Lipák, Balázs Kántor and Gyula Rátz (associates) advised on all Hungarian law aspects throughout the IPO process, including advice in relation to the preparation of the stock exchange prospectus and assistance in the regulatory approval and BSE listing processes.
