Carolyn Coventry—Commercial Insurance, Sydney
Carolyn is an experienced insurance litigator who advises and acts for insurers and corporations in a wide range of general liability claims. She also provides coverage advice to insurers and pursues recovery actions in respect of first party property losses.
Hannah Rose—Pro Bono & Community, Sydney
Hannah provides advice on the establishment, structure, governance, compliance obligations and operations of not-for-profit organisations. She also provides professional indemnity and directors' and officers' coverage advice, and defends claims against professionals and directors. Hannah also manages the firm's Pro Bono and Community Programs.
Luke Woolley—Insurance Statutory Lines, Canberra
Luke works on Commonwealth workers' compensation and administrative law matters, advising on liability, quantum and settlement prospects and effective claims resolution. He regularly appears in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal in merits review proceedings and the Federal Court of Australia in judicial review proceedings.

Lauren Bultitude-Paull—Insurance, Perth
Lauren is an insurance litigator who provides advice and acts for insurers and corporations in a variety of general liability claims, including public liability and professional indemnity. She also provides coverage advice to insurers as well as advice on pursuing recovery of losses from third parties.
Rui Chen—Insurance, Sydney
Rui is an insurance lawyer who specialises in advising on property, energy and construction matters. She assists and acts for national and international insurers and corporations on a range of insurance matters, including indemnity, defence of litigated claims, subrogation and recovery.
James Clohesy—Insurance, Sydney
James defends medium to large scale litigated claims for insurers, their insured clients and for government agencies. He also conducts subrogated recovery actions for insurers in property and motor disputes, and advises government agencies on construction-based recovery actions.
Jenna Cotterill—Corporate & Commercial, Newcastle
Jenna is a mining and resources lawyer who works between our Newcastle and Muswellbrook offices, in the heart of the Hunter Valley coalfields. She assists clients to secure approvals for exploration and mining, advises on tenement management and applications, environmental regulation and compliance, and commercial agreements.
Leith Helsdon—Government, Melbourne
Leith is an advocate and litigator, specialising in administrative law. She represents Commonwealth agencies in merits and judicial review matters before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, Federal Circuit Court and Federal Court.
Edward Osborne—Insurance, Sydney
Edward is a commercial and insurance litigation lawyer with a focus on property, professional indemnity and cyber risk. He defends medium to large scale litigated claims, conducts subrogated recovery actions for infrastructure and construction works, and advises on coverage issues. He also provides compliance and regulatory advice.
Matt Parker—Workplace, Newcastle
Matt specialises in employment, and work health and safety (WHS) law. He advises on all aspects of the employer-employee relationship, collective bargaining, industrial disputes, investigations and litigation. He also assists clients with workplace safety issues, including compliance with WHS legislation, responding to workplace incidents and defending regulatory prosecutions.
Mark Prosser—Corporate & Commercial, Newcastle
Mark is commercial lawyer specialising in construction and infrastructure projects. He has particular experience advising on complex procurement and contracting matters, including negotiation, contract administration and drafting, as well as settlement arrangements and dispute resolution.
Calvin Tay—Corporate & Commercial, Melbourne
Calvin is a property lawyer who specialises in large scale acquisitions and divestments, leasing matters, joint ventures and developments. He advises on retail, banking and commercial leasing, joint ventures in land development, financing and structuring of transactions, and acquisitions and disposals of land.
Melissa Teo—Insurance, Melbourne
Melissa is an insurance litigator who defends public liability claims, workplace injury claims for common law damages, Accident Compensation Act 1984 (Vic.) recovery actions and property damage claims. She also provides advice on policy coverage and the Insurance Contracts Act 1984 (Cth).
