Khaitan & Co acted as Indian legal counsel to the promoter selling shareholders, i.e. JSW Steel Limited and JSW Cement Limited on the proposed initial public offering of JSW One Platforms Limited comprising of a fresh issue aggregating up to INR 13,000.00 million and an offer for sale aggregating up to INR 17,540.10 million.
