Calyx Container Terminals (Calyx), a licensed
container freight station, and the promoter groups of
ARC and Calyx in connection with
the proposed acquisition of stake inARC and
Calyx by Samara Capital.
The businesses of ARC and
Calyx are proposed to be integrated as a part of
the proposed transaction which will enable the creation of a scaled
full-service B2B logistics entity.
