Naschitz Brandes Amir represented Electra Ltd., a leading Israeli construction and infrastructure group, in connection with the sale of its operations in Nigeria for approximately NIS 45 million.

The transaction involved the sale of Electra's indirect subsidiary, OTS Omni Trading Services Marshall Limited, through which Electra conducted its contracting and operations, service, and maintenance activities in Nigeria.

The Naschitz Brandes Amir team advising Electra on the transaction included partners Amos Konforti, Hila Bass, Michal Ben Ari, and associate Dekel Edri.
