On August 24, 2026, The Real Brokerage Inc. ("Real") and RE/MAX Holdings, Inc.("REMAX") announced the completion of the previously announced business combination in a cash and stock transaction with a value of approximately US$880 million.

The transaction was structured as a court-approved plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia). In addition, Real entered into a US$550 million commitment letter with Morgan Stanley to refinance REMAX’s existing indebtedness and fund the cash component of the consideration. With the completion of the transaction, the combined company is now called Real REMAX Group Inc. and trades on NASDAQ under the ticker REAX.
