James brings extensive corporate and commercial experience across digital assets, SPACs, public companies and M&A, advising clients on complex, high-value and cross-border transactions. His digital assets experience includes leading major blockchain launches and advising businesses on fundraising, token sales, regulatory matters, structuring and ongoing commercial needs, while his public company work includes dozens of SPAC listings and multi-billion-dollar business combinations. He also has broad M&A and general corporate experience, advising clients on acquisitions, fundraising, restructurings and corporate governance across a range of industries.
