Los Angeles partner Ben Vernon has been named to the 2026 Bond Buyer Rising Stars list. The program recognizes municipal finance professionals under the age of 40 who have made positive contributions to their community while demonstrating exceptional leadership, excellent collaboration skills, innovation and creativity in their roles.
Vernon advises public entities and private participants on tax-exempt and taxable public finance transactions. His practice focuses on representing investment banks and bond underwriters, helping his clients navigate the complexities of securities laws in the public finance sector.
This year’s class Bond Buyer Rising Stars class will be honored at an awards dinner as part of the Bond Buyer’s INFRASTRUCTURE conference on Sept. 15 in Chicago.
