The deal was completed as part of the group's broader US$2.5bn financing programme, funding its operations across a range of strategic sectors, including cement, fertiliser, petrochemicals, refining, sugar and infrastructure

As international investors continue to seek exposure to high-quality issuers across the continent, these structures remain an important mechanism for supporting investment and growth.
We've assisted on all Cayman Islands law aspects of the transaction, alongside Clifford Chance who has acted as lead international counsel to the Dangote Group.
