As a member of our employment law practice, Harry Scannell advises clients on a broad
range of employment issues, including termination entitlements,
constructive dismissals, temporary layoffs, harassment and
discrimination, and human rights matters. He also represents
clients in wrongful dismissal litigation.
Furthermore, he assists employers with drafting employment and
independent contractor agreements, the development and review of
workplace policies and procedures, as well as workplace audits.
