Walkers Professional Services (WPS) is celebrating 10 years in Ireland, marking a decade of growth from a team of two to more than 80 colleagues and becoming a trusted provider of corporate governance, fiduciary, accounting and transaction management services to international financial services clients.
Established in Ireland in 2016, WPS has grown to support more than 100 clients across hundreds of transactions, spanning structured finance, aviation and other cross-border mandates. Through its close integration with Walkers' legal, tax and listings teams, WPS provides clients with a seamless multidisciplinary offering.
Since entering the European CLO market in 2016, WPS has built a strong track record supporting both established and debut CLO managers and has been involved in the successful pricing of more than 150 European CLOs.
Today, WPS is recognised as one of Ireland's leading providers of corporate and fiduciary services to the aviation, funds and structured finance markets. The business has grown alongside Ireland's development as a leading international financial services centre, supporting clients on some of the market's most innovative and complex transactions. The milestone comes during a period of continued investment, including the strategic co-investment between Walkers and Vitruvian Partners in the global WPS platform.
The anniversary follows a period of continued growth and recognition for WPS in Ireland. During 2026, the team supported transactions recognised by the Finance Dublin Deals of the Year Awards and Airline Economics' Aviation 100 Global Awards, reflecting its role on some of the most significant aviation, funds and structured finance transactions in the market. The milestone also comes during a landmark period for Walkers in Ireland, with the firm recently marking 15 years in the Irish market and announcing the promotion of 20 colleagues across its legal and professional services businesses, including 13 promotions within WPS Ireland.
