July 2026 – Kinstellar has advised the shareholders of XARIS, a Vienna-based provider of digital inventory inspection and asset lifecycle management solutions, on the sale of the company to Cornus Rubra.
XARIS is a leading Austrian specialist in digital floor checks and inventory verification services for the automotive and mobile heavy-equipment sectors. Through its proprietary technology platform, the company enables dealerships, financial institutions and leasing providers to conduct inventory inspections efficiently and transparently, while also supporting the return and remarketing of leased assets throughout their lifecycle.
The transaction positions XARIS for its next stage of development and supports the continued expansion of its market-leading services. Following completion of the transaction, the company will continue to operate under its established management team.
Kinstellar advised the shareholders of XARIS on all legal aspects of the transaction.
