WASHINGTON (July 2026) – Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney continues to expand its tax practice with the addition of Oren Goldberg as a shareholder in its Washington, D.C. office. He advises individuals and families on all aspects of estate planning, probate, and estate and trust administration.
“Oren adds significant experience to our wealth and succession planning practice,” said Lisa Starczewski, shareholder and chair of the firm’s tax section. “He will continue to expand the group’s work and enhance value for our clients.”
Goldberg often works with multi-generational families to construct sophisticated estate plans designed to minimize taxes and maximize the tangible and intangible impacts of the client-family’s legacy. He is experienced in the use of various estate planning vehicles, including spousal lifetime access trusts, generation-skipping trusts, life insurance trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, and also advises on the use of discretionary or supplemental special needs trusts, silent/privacy trusts, and charitable trusts.
Goldberg also prepares federal gift and estate tax returns, advises fiduciaries on the administration of estates and trusts, and assists clients in forming business entities and establishing effective operating agreements.
“Buchanan continues to grow its full-service, national platform, and I’m happy to be a part of that momentum,” said Goldberg. “I look forward to working with my new colleagues to continue offering clients practical strategies as they navigate estate planning and help them build their family legacy.”
