BOSTON, July 8, 2026 – Proskauer today announced the launch of FutureReady, a multi-year commitment focused on helping communities prepare for the future of work.
The launch took place at a breakfast event hosted by Proskauer's Boston office in partnership with Sport dans la Ville, a leading nonprofit organization that uses sport as a pathway to youth development, social inclusion, and future employment. The event was held as part of Festival 26, an international youth festival co-organized by Sport dans la Ville and Boston SCORES that brings together 400 young people from 24 countries for cultural exchange, leadership development, and a fair play soccer tournament in conjunction with the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
FutureReady is the newest initiative for Proskauer Impact, the firm’s platform for community engagement, pro bono, volunteerism, charitable giving, and strategic partnerships. As part of the FutureReady launch, Proskauer announced the donation of over 300 laptops to Festival 26 participants, helping equip young people from around the world with the tools and technology needed to pursue educational and career opportunities in an increasingly digital economy.

Through work with clients, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and community leaders, FutureReady will create opportunities for mentorship, skills development, technology access, and leadership training for individuals navigating pathways into an ever-changing, increasingly technology-driven workforce – from young people exploring their first career opportunities to veterans, caregivers, and others entering or re-entering employment. Through FutureReady, the Firm will also provide pro bono legal assistance, such as reducing legal barriers for formerly incarcerated individuals and helping veterans obtain well-deserved benefits.

The breakfast brought together approximately 40 leaders from youth-serving organizations representing countries participating in Festival 26, along with Proskauer lawyers, community partners, and clients.
In addition to the launch event, Proskauer colleagues in Boston will participate in volunteer opportunities throughout Festival 26, including support for the festival's fair play soccer tournament and youth programming. Proskauer is also providing legal services to Sport dans la Ville on a pro bono basis.
