Global law firm McDermott Will & Schulte represented Patrick Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: PATK) in connection with its announced definitive agreement to combine with LCI Industries (NYSE: LCII) in an all-stock merger. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2027, subject to approval by shareholders of both companies, receipt of required regulatory approvals and satisfaction of other customary closing conditions.
