nutraceuticals company with products under brands including
Hairfact and Skinfact.

Mamaearth, in acquiring a 58 percent stake in
nutraceuticals company Fluence Pharma Private Limited
(having products by the brand name
'Hairfact', 'Skinfact' etc.),
marking its entry into the nutraceuticals segment. The remaining
shareholding will be acquired by Honasa in two tranches within next
5 -7 years. The transaction is valued at INR 135
crores.
