NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Sterlington advised the management team of Clearwater Analytics on the completion of its take-private acquisition by a Permira and Warburg Pincus-led investor group, in a transaction valued at approximately $8.4 billion. The transaction was supported by Francisco Partners, with participation from Temasek.
Sterlington advised the Clearwater management team on the transaction and go-forward equity compensation arrangements.
