June 2026 – KST Law (in cooperation with Kinstellar) is pleased to have worked with lead counsel, Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, on the Turkish law aspects of Unifonic’s acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Segmentify UK Holding Company Limited, and its subsidiary Segmentify Yazılım, an AI-driven personalisation and customer engagement SaaS platform.
With its acquisition of Segmentify, Unifonic further expands its AI capabilities and strengthens its customer engagement offering. The transaction supports the company’s strategy of combining communication, customer intelligence and personalisation technologies to deliver more integrated and data-driven digital experiences.
As part of Unifonic, Segmentify will contribute its expertise in AI-powered personalisation and behavioural intelligence to a broader technology ecosystem. The combination is expected to enhance the delivery of personalised customer experiences and support enterprise clients in improving engagement, loyalty and conversion outcomes.
