As Partner and Head of Gurgaon, Aashima will lead the firm's Corporate, Commercial and Compliance Practice from its new Cyber Hub office. She brings over 18 years of experience across corporate governance, labour and employment, cross-border compliance, enterprise risk management, commercial contracting, and strategic advisory. Having built her career across both private practice and senior in-house leadership roles, she offers a rare combination of legal expertise and business insight, enabling her to advise clients on complex regulatory, governance, and commercial challenges across jurisdictions.

After beginning her career in private practice, Aashima went on to hold senior legal leadership positions at Boston Consulting Group, where she served as legal lead across India, South-East Asia, Australasia, and the Middle East. She subsequently headed legal affairs for the Asia-Pacific region at Smiths Group, a global engineering and technology company, advising on complex commercial, governance, regulatory, and compliance matters across diverse markets.
