The Paris Private Equity team advised Sapio Santé France SAS, a French subsidiary of the Sapio Group, on the acquisition from French group Bastide of New Medical Concept, the holding company of the EXPERF Group, a home healthcare provider specializing in home infusion and nutrition services.
With an extensive network of 28 agencies and revenue of more than €42 million, EXPERF specializes in home infusion and clinical nutrition, including immunotherapy, Parkinson’s disease, and diabetes treatments.
The transaction enables Sapio to position itself in France as one of the leading players in home infusion care and to strengthen its leadership in home nutrition. It is part of the group’s strategic plan to pursue sustainable growth in Europe and consolidate its position in the healthcare sector.
