Klasko Immigration Law Partners is proud to announce its recognition in the 2026 edition of the Chambers USA Guide, one of the legal industry's most prestigious ranking publications.

The firm has once again secured a Band 2 national ranking for Immigration Law in the United States, maintained its Band 1 ranking in Pennsylvania, and earned a new Band 3 ranking in the District of Columbia, underscoring the firm's continued growth and national prominence. Chambers recognized the firm's broad capabilities across business immigration, compliance, consular matters, EB-5 immigration, and O-1 visa work, noting its service to a diverse client base that includes international companies, healthcare organizations, educational institutions, and private individuals.

According to Chambers, Klasko Immigration Law Partners "assembles a dedicated team to tailor institution-specific strategies," helping clients "prioritize matters effectively and proactively anticipate rapidly evolving immigration policy changes."

National Recognition for Firm Founders

Chairman H. Ronald Klasko has once again been honored as a Senior Statesperson in both the Nationwide and Pennsylvania rankings. Chambers describes him as a highly regarded lawyer with expertise spanning EB-5 applications, citizenship matters, and complex immigration litigation. Market commentators praised his exceptional reputation, with one source noting, "Ronald is definitely brilliant," while another described him as "one of the strongest lawyers in the immigration bar."

"We are grateful for this continued recognition from Chambers and Partners," said Ron. "These rankings reflect our firm's unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional service, innovative solutions, and meaningful results for our clients. I am proud of our team's dedication and honored by the trust our clients place in us every day."

William Stock, Managing Partner, was again recognized as an Eminent Practitioner in both the Nationwide and Pennsylvania rankings. Chambers highlighted his extensive experience advising engineering, transportation, and retail companies on employment-based immigration matters, including H-1B, L-1, and EB-1 petitions.

"As immigration policies and global workforce needs continue to evolve, our focus remains on helping clients navigate challenges with clarity, creativity, and confidence," said Bill. "We're grateful for this recognition and proud of the collaborative work our team does every day to deliver exceptional results for our clients."

Recognition for Excellence in Pennsylvania

Reinforcing the firm's longstanding leadership in Pennsylvania, Klasko Immigration Law Partners once again earned the state's highest ranking, Band 1.

Elise Fialkowski, co-chair of the firm's Corporate Immigration Practice, advanced to Band 1 in Pennsylvania. Chambers recognized her for handling the full range of employment-based immigration matters, particularly for startups and international students. Clients praised her strategic and practical approach, with one noting, "Elise Fialkowski is the best lawyer I have worked with," while another highlighted her ability to anticipate how regulatory changes impact workforce planning.

"Helping clients find practical solutions in an ever-changing immigration environment is what makes this work so rewarding," said Elise. "I'm honored by this recognition and proud to be part of a team that is deeply committed to delivering exceptional service and results for our clients."

The firm also celebrates the Band 2 debut ranking of Michele Madera, co-chair of the Corporate Immigration Practice, in Pennsylvania. Chambers recognized Michele for her work advising higher education institutions and private employers on a broad range of employment-based immigration matters. One client described her as "an exceptional advisor and partner" who combines "deep expertise, strategic insight and a practical understanding of higher education immigration issues."

"I'm honored to receive this recognition from Chambers," said Michele. "Helping our clients navigate immigration challenges while advancing their organizational goals is tremendously rewarding, and this recognition reflects the collaborative work of our entire team."

Growing Presence in Washington, D.C.

The firm's Washington, D.C. office achieved a significant milestone by earning its first Chambers ranking, debuting at Band 3. Chambers highlighted the office's growing immigration practice and noted its strength in global immigration programs, worksite compliance, government affairs strategies, and federal litigation. One client noted, "Klasko is my go-to boutique for global immigration matters. They are well organized and on the cutting edge when it comes to planning and getting visas strategically."

Timothy D'Arduini, Partner-in-Charge of the firm's Washington, D.C. office, also improved his individual ranking to Band 3. Chambers recognized his work advising multinational corporations on immigration program strategy and assisting highly skilled individuals with employment-based immigration matters. Clients describe Tim as "exceptional" and a "visionary leader."

"This recognition reflects the growth of our D.C. office and the trust our clients place in us every day," said Tim. "We're proud to provide strategic counsel that helps organizations and individuals successfully navigate a rapidly changing immigration environment."

A Year of Impact

In its 2026 review, Chambers also highlighted the firm's successful representation of Jing Zhou in Zhou v. Noem, securing a federal court victory that resulted in the rejection of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services' restrictive interpretation of EB-5 source and path of funds regulations.

These rankings reflect Klasko Immigration Law Partners' continued commitment to excellence, innovation, and client service across all areas of immigration law.
