June 9, 2026 – Mayer Brown is pleased to announce that Ravi Amin, a partner in the firm’s Asset-Based Lending practice, has been named among the honorees of SFNet’s 40 Under 40 Awards 2026, which recognize emerging leaders making a significant impact in the secured finance industry.

Ravi advises on cross-border asset-based lending (ABL) and trade finance transactions, counseling leading financial institutions and corporate borrowers on the structuring and execution of complex, multi-jurisdictional facilities. Promoted to partner in 2023, he is among the youngest lawyers to have achieved partnership in the firm’s London office.

His representative experience includes advising a global financial institution on an eleven-jurisdiction ABL financing for a multinational technology company; acting for Macquarie Bank on a multi-asset ABL facility across four jurisdictions; representing Barclays Bank PLC on its £357.5 million ABL financing of Aurelius’s acquisition of Admenta UK; and advising a global workforce solutions provider on an ABL financing spanning eight jurisdictions.
