Lowenstein Sandler represented Northzone as lead investor in a $200 million funding round for Blitzy, an autonomous software development platform, bringing the company's valuation to $1.4 billion. Blitzy intends to use the financing to expand its research team to continue pushing boundaries of autonomous software development and scale go-to-market functions, as well as scale its partnership ecosystem with new and existing customers, focusing on regulated industries like government, financial services, and insurance.
