BREMER acted as antitrust counsel for NES Fircroft, alongside Akin Grump LLP as the Lead Counsel, in their acquisition of T20 Ultimo Midco Limited and successfully represented them in procuring merger control clearance from the Saudi General Authority for Competition (GAC) and the Competition Regulatory Committee within the UAE Ministry of Economy.
