Taft partner Will Gardner will speak at the Indiana Chamber of Commerce's Environmental Permitting and Reporting Conference on April 21, in Indianapolis. Gardner will join KERAMIDA's Mack Overton and Kayla Gibbons for the afternoon session titled "EHS, ESG, Energy and ISO Auditing: Best Practices for Continuous Improvement." This session is designed to equip attendees with effective auditing techniques and tools to identify and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement opportunities.
Gardner is co-chair of Taft's Environmental practice group. He works with large multinational companies, small and midsize businesses, and public sector clients on environmental compliance and permitting matters. Gardner's experience spans all major environmental laws, with particular emphasis on the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act.
