Katelyn is a partner in Proskauer's Real Estate Department and a member of the Real Assets Group. Her practice primarily focuses on investments in commercial real estate, informed by her broad-based experience. She has represented investors, developers and operators in joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, developments, leases, and financing transactions related to real estate.
