Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to the First Lien Credit Agreement for Resonetics, LLC. The amendment raised (i) an incremental $220 million tranche of term loans and (ii) an incremental $10.6 million of revolving credit commitments.

Proceeds from the amendment were used to fund the acquisition of Resolution Medical MidCo, LLC and for general corporate purposes.

Resonetics is a medical technology company and global leader in advanced engineering, prototyping, product development, and micro manufacturing.
