Partner Katya Jestin has been named to the 2026 National Association of Women Lawyers (NAWL) Impact List. The honor recognizes lawyers who have attained a high level of professional accomplishment and demonstrated a personal commitment to advancing women in the profession or advocating for women under the law.
As Co-Chair of Jenner & Block's Investigations, Compliance, and Defense Practice, Katya represents clients in criminal, regulatory, and congressional investigations and helps companies, universities, executives, and boards conduct sensitive internal investigations on matters ranging from global compliance to culture risk.
She also served as Jenner's Co-Managing Partner for 5 years, from 2020 through 2024, during which the firm experienced transformational economic growth while deepening its commitment to pro bono service and inclusion. As a member of the firm's Policy Committee, Katya continues to provide strategic leadership and direction for the firm.
"I look for every opportunity to provide leadership opportunities for women in BigLaw and I am consistently focused on conquering the structural challenges that cause women to leave our profession," Katya said. "My proudest moment in BigLaw has been watching two women, whom I have mentored for well over a decade, become successful partners and rainmakers. As a lawyer, I am proud to represent a consortium of reproductive healthcare providers in the current hostile environment for reproductive freedom."
