The transaction, announced on March 5, 2026, brings InterPositive's entire team into Netflix, with Affleck joining as Senior Advisor to continue advising on innovation, storytelling and the creative process.
The Sheppard deal team was led by Dan Schnapp and Genevieve Perez alongside a deal team from Willkie, Farr & Gallagher.
