Securities Litigation Partner Sarah Eichenberger was selected as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA). The LCA is an invitation-only trial lawyer honorary society established to reflect the new face of the American bar. Membership is limited to 3,500 Fellows, or less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers.

With over a decade of experience representing public companies, officers, directors and financial institutions, Sarah is a seasoned securities litigator with a strong track record in high‑stakes matters. She is known for providing practical, strategic counsel as she guides clients through securities class actions, derivative suits, internal investigations, regulatory proceedings, and post‑merger litigation. Sarah attended Dartmouth College, from which she graduated summa cum laude, and received her Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Duke University School of Law.
