community engagement, this year's honorees represent "a

Rooney is a transactional healthcare attorney representing
hospitals, health systems and healthcare companies on M&A and
regulatory compliance. Crain's noted that her work
involves more than $1 billion in health care transactions,
including Beacon Health System's acquisition of Ascension's
Southwest Michigan network, Methodist Medical Center of
Illinois' integration with Carle Health and Prospect Health
System's $708 million sale to Astrana.
