MLT Aikins is pleased to announce that Jordan Hardy, K.C., has been inducted as a fellow of the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers.

The American College of Trial Lawyers is composed of leading trial lawyers from the United States and Canada. Election as a fellow is extended by invitation only to experienced trial lawyers and recognizes those whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility and collegiality. Lawyers must have at least 15 years of trial experience before they can be considered for Fellowship.

About Jordan Hardy, K.C.

Jordan is a partner with MLT Aikins whose practice focuses on commercial disputes, estates and trusts litigation, agribusiness disputes and construction litigation. He has extensive experience acting as counsel in complex commercial and agricultural matters, major construction arbitrations and appellate litigation.

Jordan has been a member of the Saskatchewan Bar since 1996 and was appointed King's Counsel in 2017. He has long been celebrated by Best Lawyers in Canada  and Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory for excellence in litigation and estates law.
