Beveridge & Diamond (B&D) is pleased to announce the relocation of its Austin office to 200 West 6th Street, Suite 1950. The new space, in the well-known Indeed Tower, reflects the continued growth of the firm’s Texas presence, following the addition of Principal Lisa Dyar, Of Counsel Amber Ahmed, and several associates and professional staff over the past 18 months.
For more than 25 years, B&D’s Texas office has counseled clients across Texas and the gulf coast region on complex environmental matters. The team assists clients in managing environmental issues, advancing development projects, mitigating risk, defending enforcement actions, and maintaining successful operations. Our lawyers advise on a wide range of complex environmental and litigation matters, including enforcement, mass torts, EHS compliance, citizen suits, and contested case hearings.
Austin Office Managing Principal Mike Vitris commented, “We are excited to welcome our clients and colleagues to our new downtown space and look forward to continuing our strong representation of industry throughout Texas and the gulf coast region.”
The Class-A property owned by Kilroy also houses a large conference center and multiple outdoor terraces. In keeping with B&D’s sustainability initiatives, the Indeed Tower is LEED Platinum-certified.
