B. Otis Felder (Partner-Los Angeles) completed the "Applied Generative AI for Digital Transformation Program" offered by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology on February 20, 2026. The 64-hour program equips professionals to strategically leverage generative AI to drive innovation and transformation within their organizations by understanding its implications, identifying high-impact application opportunities, and developing tools to lead AI-driven innovation initiatives. Led by distinguished MIT faculty, including Dr. Abel Sanchez, Research Scientist and Executive Director of MIT's Geospatial Data Center, and Professor John R. Williams, Professor of Information Engineering and Director of MIT's Geospatial Data Center, completion of this rigorous program underscores Wilson Elser's commitment to staying at the forefront of emerging technologies and understanding how generative AI can be applied to drive meaningful digital transformation. By completing the program and demonstrating proficiency in the principles and applications of generative AI, Otis has positioned himself and the firm to contribute thought leadership and practical expertise in this rapidly evolving field, including through his teaching at USC Gould School to a new generation of lawyers. Otis will share his AI expertise in a session at the upcoming 2026 Annual Claims and Litigation Management (CLM) Alliance Conference.
