Collas Crill acted on the sale of estate agency and property management company, Mawson Collins Ltd, to Cherry Godfrey.
Senior Partner and head of Collas Crill's real estate team, Jason Green, worked with Sammie Cox, Director at Cleland & Co, on reviewing and negotiating the Share Purchase Agreement for the corporate vehicle, Mawson Collins Ltd and provided advice to Mike and Lisa Collins, the owners in relation to the sale.
