Led by our commitment to drive our growth with the very best talent, we are proud to announce that Séléna Flores-Desrochers has joined Langlois' Labour and Employment Law group.
Séléna advises on a broad range of labour and employment matters, including individual and collective relations, labour standards, disciplinary measures and human rights, with a keen interest in administrative law. Prior to joining the firm, she gained valuable experience at the CNESST as a paralegal and law student, where she developed particular expertise in analyzing penal proceedings relating to workplace accidents as well as prevention and inspections, including occupational injury claims and administrative reviews before administrative authorities. Litigation is a key component of her practice and shapes her approach to complex and evolving legal issues.
A dedicated litigator, Séléna has been recognized multiple times for her leadership and academic involvement, notably receiving the Grand Maillet from Université Laval's Faculty of Law. She brings the same discipline and determination to her legal practice as she does to her passion for sports.
