In connection with the approximately $620 million all-cash acquisition of Denny's Corporation (formerly, NASDAQ: DENN) by TriArtisan Capital Advisors LLC, Treville Capital Group and Yadav Enterprises, Inc., Northland Properties acquired the trademarks, intellectual property and exclusive rights to the Denny’s brand in Canada, marking a significant milestone in its 35-year partnership with the iconic brand. This transaction follows Northland Properties’ longstanding role as Denny’s Master Franchisor in Canada. As part of the transaction, Northland Properties has also taken an equity position in Denny’s Corporation, reinforcing its alignment with the brand globally and its commitment to Denny's long-term success.
