We are pleased to share that Lisa Moore, Maron Marvel’s Human Resources Director / Firm Administrator, has been appointed Chair of the Association of Legal Administrators National DEIA Advisory Council.

In this national leadership role, Lisa will work closely with an assigned ALA Staff Liaison and Board Liaison to guide the Council’s priorities and activities leading into the 2026 association year. As Chair, she will play an active role in shaping the Council’s direction and collaborating with ALA committees in an advisory capacity.

Lisa brings more than 20+ years of experience leading enterprise HR strategy for large/mid-size, multi-office, multi-state AmLaw 200 law firms. Her work centers on aligning people strategy with business objectives, embedding DEIA into core organizational practices, and building scalable systems that support consistency, engagement, and long-term sustainability.
