We are excited to share that Milton Otto and Matthew Quirin have been elevated to Partner at Meister Seelig & Fein, marking an important milestone in both of their careers and further strengthening the firm’s leadership across key practice areas.
Milton Otto becomes partner in the firm’s Commercial Litigation group. With a strong foundation in commercial dispute resolution, Milton brings extensive experience handling a wide range of complex matters in both state and federal courts, as well as international arbitration. His practice includes significant work in commercial real estate litigation, commercial lending disputes, and intellectual property matters, including copyright and trademark litigation across music, media, and fashion industries. Milton’s judgment and commitment to client service have made him a trusted advocate and valued member of the firm’s litigation team.
Matthew Quirin becomes partner in the Real Estate and Commercial Litigation practices. Matthew represents owners and developers at all stages of major construction projects, from negotiating construction, development, and joint venture agreements to drafting and securing construction license and access arrangements. He also brings substantial litigation experience, having successfully prosecuted and defended complex claims in state and federal courts throughout New York and New Jersey, including trials and alternative dispute resolution, as well significant experience with RPAPL 881 litigations involving construction license issues. Matthew’s broad skill set and thoughtful approach have been key to delivering impactful results for his clients.
