MLT Aikins Trademark Agent Lorraine Pinsent has once again been recognized in the 2026 edition of the World Trademark Review (WTR) 1000, which ranks top global law firms, lawyers and agents in the trademark practice.
WTR conducts an exhaustive qualitative research project to identify the firms and individuals that are deemed “outstanding,” utilizing factors such as depth of expertise, market presence and level of work alongside positive peer and client feedback to inform its ranking decisions.
Lorraine, who leads the trademark practice group at MLT Aikins and has worked as a registered trademark agent before the Canadian Trademarks Office for more than 25 years, has been listed in the WTR 1000 for the past 14 years straight. In her practice, she manages large international trademark portfolios, primarily dealing with trademark searching, prosecution, oppositions, expungement proceedings, licensing, portfolio management and international trademark protection.
