Notable transactions during the year included work on:
- The Republic of Colombia's €4,000,000,000 three-tranche offering in September 2025, the largest ever issue of Euro-denominated bonds by a Latin American issuer, and
- The Federative Republic of Brazil's US$1,500,000,000 offering of its 5.500% Global Bonds due 2033, issued under Brazil's Sovereign Sustainable Bond Framework.
In 2025, Arnold & Porter was also recognized in Latinvex's "Latin America: Top International Law Firms" list in seven categories, including Capital Markets.
