A Katten team served as bond counsel to the City of Joliet, in connection with an $87 million loan under the Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA). The financing closed on December 19 and will support critical regional water infrastructure for the participating municipalities.
The Katten team, led by Partner Kelly Hutchinson and Senior Counsel Lewis Greenbaum, included Counsel Michela Daliana and Associate Jeremy Stevenson.
