Our Cayman Islands corporate team acted for Soren Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), on its US$253m initial public offering on NASDAQ under the ticker SORNU. The offering consisted of 22,000,000 units priced at US$10 per unit, plus an over-allotment option for the underwriters of the offering for an additional 3,300,000 units.
The company was formed and is being led by Arghavan Di Rezze as its chief executive officer and Jamie Weber as its chief financial officer.
