E.J. Thomas is a Senior Associate in the International Trade practice, advising clients across industries on antidumping, countervailing duty, and various tariff proceedings before the U.S. Department of Commerce and International Trade Commission. He provides guidance on Section 232, Section 301, IEEPA tariffs, and tariff mitigation strategies, and handles U.S. Customs matters such as ruling requests, prior disclosures, protests, audits, and Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act reviews. E.J. has helped clients secure tariff exclusions and has litigated related denials.
