CMS INDUSLAW advised Anand Rathi Advisors Limited and Systematix Corporate Services Limited, in their capacity as the Book Running Lead Managers, in connection with the filing of the DRHP for the proposed initial public offering of Neolite ZKW Lightings Limited.

The proposed IPO is of up to INR 600 crore and comprises a fresh issue of equity shares and an offer for sale, subject to market conditions and regulatory approvals.

Neolite ZKW Lightings Limited is an automotive lighting solutions company with a focus on advanced lighting systems, catering to original equipment manufacturers in India and overseas. The company is backed by ZKW Group, a global player in premium lighting systems for the automotive industry.
