Jacqueline Hattar (Partner - White Plains) has been appointed by the New York State Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department, as a member of the Committee on Character and Fitness for the Ninth Judicial District. Jackie will serve a four-year term that commences on January 1, 2026. The Character & Fitness Committee investigates the character and fitness of applicants for admission to practice as attorneys and counselors-at-law in the courts of the state of New York.
